transmisson is being a whore!!

so sometimes (usualy on long highway trips) when my cavy hits about 120km/h the transmission starts jumpping. anyone who knwos whats happening or has any idea please let me know

what do u mean by jumping? shifting gears or a slipping sensation? my guess would be that a clutch is slipping. how many miles on the car?
