Question 2.0 Jetta Timing Belt?? Cam Position Sensor code.. And car wont start!! Help!!

Ok so the other night my jetta while idling normally just suddenly stalled out and then when i restarted it it ran like crap then got a little worse each time it would stall and I would restart. So I decided to just let it sit til the morning. I went out in the morning and it would not start at all and still wont. I hooked it up to the computer, and Cam Position Sensor code p0341 popped up. That code will come up if your timing belt slips and the timing is off. If this is the case, How bad is it if the car was tried to be started several times throughout the day? Will this Bend anything, fu*k anything up? Can this be fixed without a hitch? What do I do?
THANKS !!!

Check the timing belt and see if its still intact. The aba arent really an interfearance engine like the aeg/azg newer 2.0L are.

Yeah so I was on VWVortex and have been in the forums there about this issue with a number of people.. It could been the timing belt either breaking or slipping but the timing all lined up and the belt was fine.. So I figured maybe the hall sensor went bad and replaced that but Nope.
I figured maybe the ECU or the Fuel Pump Relay and replaced them but still Nope..
I am thinking the Throttle Position Sensor... I tapped the TPS while I finally got it to idle (but a really rough Idle) by putting new plugs in her.. Then when I tapped the TPS, it idled a lot smoother and all...
So I experimented a little with it.. I think that may be it .. I have yet to replace it though...

Usually if you tap the throttle body when its running and it runs better its bad. You can usually get a used Throttle body for under 40.00. Try adapting the throttle body.

-turn key on but not start
-Slowly depress the gas pedal all the way to the floor and hold for 5 sec
-Slowly release gas pedal
-Turn key off then start your car
