91 cav-Z24-standard. was fine , now stuck in reverse, any ideas, thanx

stuck in reverse when i was backing up in yard, runs and drives but only in reverse? i feel normal pressure on clutch pedal?

is the shifter jammed in reverse position or can you move it and if so does it appear to be movable in proper sequence and not in any unusal positions?
