I Have A 99 Tahoe That Is Having Trouble Starting Mostly In Cold Weather Once Started It Runs Good.obdii Read 1351 Which Is Ignition Control Coil High Voltage So I Changed The Ignition Control Module And The Ignition Coil Still Same Problem. Does Anyone Know Whats Goin On Here??????

I Got Another Problem Dont Know If Its Related My Truck Has Started Hesitating Under Semi Extreme Conditions Such As Going Up Steep Hill Or Stepping On The Gas Rapidly. Dont Know If Related Does Anyone Know If It Is R What It Is????????
