meaning of svo and of saleen

new mustang owner(finally). i bought a 85 convertible gt and well noticed there is a saleen and a svo. well what are they?

im just curious what the hell is a saleen, a svo and a svt. was never a ford fan but my wife wanted me to buy her a mustang converible. well the 90s model never really appealled to me nor the 2000 to current. i couldnt find a good deal on a 82 (which is what i wanted since that was the year they brought the convertibles back). got a good deal for the 85 gt. payed 3600 for it . just needed a tune up and needs a new top. while looking around online for a top i ran across saleen, svo, and svt. never heard of them.

Svt= Special Vehicle Team (Ford Team)
Svo= Special Vehicle Operations (Ford Team. What SVT used to be called)
Saleen= A performance company that has it's own car line of moddified ford's and the S7 they also sell the performance upgrades. (http://www.saleen.com/)
