Need info on Skylark...I think...

I've found what I think is an early '80s Buick Skylark 2 door. It has been sitting in a field since '94. All I know is that the engine is a 350.

I know that's not a lot of info, but can you guys figure out what it is? I may be able to get the VIN sometime soon (it's raining today and I would get stuck in my car if I went there today).

My main question is roughly how much it would be worth and what type of auto transmission did they back the 350s with? Thanks.
