95 Civix EX Auto trans filter
I bought an internal replacement auto trans filter on-line. When I went to install it I noticed the gasket did not line up with any of the bolt patterns. Then I looked at the service manual schematic and did not see a filter mentioned or shown anywhere. Do the trans actually have a cartridge filter in it or do I need to return this?
Thanks for any info.

Re: 95 Civix EX Auto trans filter
Return it. The filter is actually a screen inside the transmission. To gain access you must remove & take apart the trans.
