Adjusting tension on drivebelt '91 5.0 V8 Mustang

I need to replace the alternator on my Mustang (V8) but I don't know how to loosen the drivebelt. Is there a special tool needed to do this?

put a socket on the nut that hold the tension pully on crank on it the arm should swing push hard enough to loosen beltoff other pullys Install reverse
