I believe that's an '04 GTO with an LS1 and one huge Magnacharger if I recall.
Could be an '05 with an LS2 just with the rare option of hood scoop delete. Hard to say... but this video is pretty old (has been posted before), I'm almost positive it's a boosted LS1.

FINALLY I've been looking for a fast GTO...too bad I'm not buying one anymore, but I still like them for what they are.
