2008 Gtr
![]() Hi all.... doing a fast build up here. So far its been 3 days and smooth so far. My sincere apologies for the poor pictures as my current phone camera sucks! Got the body colour coats done with 3 coats of black. Cant go wrong with it and it stays shiny without much sanding Cons: Mold lines , nothing much .... Again sorry for the poor pictures ![]() ![]() ![]() Also the wheels are done but picture is too blur. ![]() Some interior shots ![]() ![]() ![]() Alright ill get some proper pictures taken tomorrow. Some pointers for guys who ordered... The paint instructions in the manual mainly for the engine bay are inaccurate, check ref pictures to get the idea... Also the engine bay is way too simple compared to the real car Also take note when cutting the parts from the spure, the tamiya molded it can cause problems if not done carefully.

Re: 2008 Gtr
Looks good. Do you think the engine will look good when detailed? Or would it be better to just glue the bonnet/hood down and do it 'curbside'. If the engine is going to be difficult to paint it may not be worth it - I think I'd rather have no engine than a poorly painted one.
