Question 2001 Chevy Prism clutch adjustment

I have a 2001 Chevy Prism, believe it is the same as the Toyota Corolla, and it needs a clutch adjustment. It has less than 22,000 miles on it and it is slipping badly. I have tried to adjust the hydraulic pushrod under the clutch peddle arm, but it doesn't seem to effect anything, can anyone help with suggestions?

umm....take your foot off the clutch pedal while driving

isnt there a warranty on it still.....the dealer should have to do it for you....once you start screwing with stuff the warranty gets void.

and its probably not adjustable....unless its a cable but you say its a psuhrod/hydraulic..

if there isnt any adjusting nuts at the pushrod were it goes to push the arm by the tranny then there probably isnt an adjustment....you can try pulling the clutch pedal up and see if it clicks at all....the old tempo i had was like that ..
