Re: Honda Civic Sir II (EG6)
Wow really beautiful!
Did you made the roll cage by yourself? Is it a Tamiya kit?

Re: Honda Civic Sir II (EG6)
Hasagawa.
Gorgeous work! I love it. The wheels and the slicks are perfect. I also love the color, and the body work looks great with the 2 exhausts especially. The little details like the license plate frame are awesome, and the shifter is beautiful! I do, however, question the smoothed door handles and the antenna on a track car. In all, fantastic model! Super cleanly built, too!

Re: Honda Civic Sir II (EG6)
Thank you all for your kind comments.
The_GLL, the roll cage was included in the kit! I only added the padding! ![]() And it is an Hasegawa kit (an old one by the way)! ![]() Willimo, you're absolutely right regarding the smoothed door handles. This project stared as a riced car, but eventually turned into a track day car! The shifter was scratch built from leftovers, bits of plastic and copper wire. ![]() The license plate came from an accessory pack from AOSHIMA. I only applied the decal on a thin metal plate, cut to the dimension of the decal. stevenoble, yes, it is a Nitrous Oxide bottle, which came from the same accessory pack as the license plate (as the dials in the instrument panel, btw)! kyuuketsuki, the blue is Tamiya ts-19 Metallic Blue. Re: Honda Civic Sir II (EG6)
what a beautiful job. Paint is stunning and the color go's well on the car. What color is that?
I love the licence plate work. I'd rock the shit out of that hatch, minus the roll call on the door. It works well for the model, just wouldn't want it on my 1:1 if I owned it.
