It should not just be over heating. Did you check the radiator fluid levels, then waterpump, thermostat, etc.?

Ok so it gets really hot then, how hot? Is it is not above the operating temperature or does the heat seem to be going through the seat or what? Try and be a little more specific if you could.

Appreciate Your Feed Back , Being More Specific I Had Many Bikes In The Past Like Kawi And Suzuki But This Bike When I Am At A Red Light And The Fan Comes On , The Heat Is Intolerable. I Just Don't Remember All My Other Bikes Running As Hot. Some Heat Is To Be Expected But Man It Gets Hot !

welcome to the world of new liter bikes. i thought my 954 ran hot but its just that they are getting smaller bikes around bigger engines.
i can't wear shorts without burning flesh and jeans aren't much better. riding sitting on the tank seems to solve the problem
