Honda CB 750 Four - the MOTHER of all 1:6 Tamiya motorbike kits!

I started this project on november 15th last year, and today it's finally finished. Almost 3 months of work, although I have to admit that I also finished another 1:12 motorcycle in the same time. So I guess it's fair to say that I spent about 2 months at this Honda.

Oh yes, you will find the WIP soon in an article I wrote for Modeler Site.

Questions, comments? Shoot!

Re: Honda CB 750 Four - the MOTHER of all 1:6 Tamiya motorbike kits!

Whole build is astonishing Guy! Great photos as well. As I wrote in the WIP thread the carburators are the best I've seen. A lot of BIG scale bikes tend to look plastic and fake but this one is a true dream. Hope you are satisfied with it, compete and I think it will take a lot of victories.

Re: Honda CB 750 Four - the MOTHER of all 1:6 Tamiya motorbike kits!

It's cheating to post pics of a real bike

Seriously though, that is one of the most impressive builds I've ever seen , and I followed your wip thread with much interest, esp since my brother's first bike (which he rebuilt down to the last nut & bolt at school when he was 16 & still owns) was a CB175 of the same era as your CB750

Spectacular is probably the best word I could imagine for this build. Stunning on so many levels. 10/10. Awesome!

Wow Guy, I think you've outdone yourself on this one. What a beautiful build-up of a very cool bike. Nice to see somebody building these 1:6 scale bikes. Maybe I'll finish up the Gorilla now that I've seen this.

Mike.

Honestly speaking, i'm not much of a motorcycle guy, but man, this is awesome. It looks pretty much like pics of a real bike.
