Stuck Seatbelt

It seems that I have gotten myself into a jam. The seatbelt has folded over and become jammed in the retractor. What is the best way to remedy this, short of letting Ford handle it. I was going to remove the side panel and try to fix it that way, but I thought it would be best to ask as there might be an easier way to do it. If I DO have to remove it, what is the best way to do so... without damaging anything. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Re: Stuck Seatbelt

The same thing happened to me on my front passenger seatbelt. I took the panels off, only one clip broke, not too bad, but I'm stuck at not knowing how to unjam it, don't even know where to start?
