Question location of 95 cavalier Horn relay

My horns not working . I checked the fuse its ok. I dont see anything under the hood where the relays are monted that says horn relay. I checked the fuse and its ok. The Owners manual doesnt show any location of a horn relay in it ,just the fuse box circut (20 amp )for the horn, cigarette lighter ,and diagnostic connector!. What side of the car is the horn located on, the drivers side or passenger side? The Haynes manual says to remove the wheel well cover, but it doesnt say which side of the car. Where could the relay be located. It's below zero here and I dont feel like looking all over to find it !

Re: location of 95 cavalier Horn relay

I checked on auto Zones web site , they said the relay is located under the dash on the drivers side. I found a white unmaked 3 prong relay underneath the kick panel. I checked it, and it seems ok. I gotta check the horn for voltage to see if its getting it. First I have to located the side the horns located on.

I'll look where you said just to make sure there no one located there.
