whats a good neon
what is a good neon to get. purchased an 04 for my wife and kids, but looking for one to tweek with.dont have all the funds to turbo, nos, and all that fun stuff. just looking for something to spend a couple dollors here and there untill my wfe attempts to leave. just joking. well maybe

I know this post is a bit old, but if you are still looking for an answer, I'd say a 98-99 Dodge Neon R/T or ACR. They have the DOHC engine which is rated at 150HP and has some aftermarket support. Every bolt-on imaginable and even turbo's if you want to. They are cheap and easy to build/tweek.
