Unhappy Another squeak squeak squeak problem!

Yo guys, I'm havin a little problem that's a bit annoying here on my 2004 Aveo LT M/T.
There's something squeaky on my front wheel whenever I start to run the car in the morning. This squeaky sound dissapears after I run the car more than 35mph. Could it be dirty disc brake? Should I use those disc brake cleaner spray thingy? Are there problems with my brakes? Or probably other parts? Cuz my brakes produces lots of brake dust that make the rims stain in black, so I know that my brake pads are still thick.

Thanks b4 guys!

Re: Another squeak squeak squeak problem!

maybe one of your calipers is messed up and the pad is just touchin a lil or else the suspension. my suspension has been messin up since about 18000 miles. and i have had to repeatedly take it in to get it looked at. its been in 4 times already and its still not right. i think i just gotta accept it as part of the character of the car.

Re: Another squeak squeak squeak problem!

Hey, thanks for the reply yaw! Yupz, I agree that the suspention problem is one characteristic of the Aveo, it's just the noise that's buggin', but fortunately it doesn't give effect to the handling. But now I know that the squeaky noise is not from the suspention but it's really from the brakes. If they were really touchin' (the pads and the disc), how can I repair it? Is it an easy 'do it yourself' work, or should I bring it to the dealer?
