93 325i Windshield/Rear Window Gaskets

93 325i E36. There are some cracks in the gaskets/seals around the windshield and rear window. What kind of job is it to replace them? Can one of the mobile auto glass companies do the job? and if possible, any cost estimates would be appreciated.

Just going off what my local BMW dealer said, the seals are only there for cosmetic looks and they replace them regularly, and apparently it's not a hard job to do.
