Kia Rio Parts Question

Currently I drive a 2002 Kia Rio. I got into a car accident driving up to see family this weekend in the Bronx. My front Bumper needs to be replaced. I went to my local "u pull it" junkyard and found a perfect looking 2000 Kia Rio that I could get the bumper from. How can I find out if the parts are interchangeable from those 2 years?

Also I was very tempted to grab 2 of the full tires as well for $14.99 I figured I couldnt go wrong but I was also unsure if they would be the right size. Any help would be appreciated.
