1996 accent wheel problems

working on my car aparently the alignment is really bad. but before i can get my tires aligned they said i need to fix my wheel bearing. lots of crap going wrong with my drive assembly. my driverside front tire makes a roaring sound, squeaks and when i apply the brake i get a pulsing squeak sound also. i took the wheel off. removed the brake caliper removed the brake rotor, i found that some bearings were missing from a piece inside the hull(where the axel and rotor goes thru, not sure tech name) and some rubber seals with a ring with teeth and a spring ring. also looks liek another set of bearings pressed into the brake rotor with same seal on the inside.

asking help on what i should do? or what parts i need to fix. thanks.
