direction for a Concorde

On a 99 concorde where does the voltage regulator for fuel go?
If this isn't the correct area to inquire please direct me.

Voltage Regulation for the Charging System is either controlled by the PCM or internally within the Alternator itself, there is no external voltage regulator.

Fuel Pressure is controlled by a vacuum operated Fuel Pressure Regulator, this is located on the Fuel Injector Rail, Not sure if the regulator is servicable or a new fuel rail needs to be purchased to replace it if it is faulty
