2003 Winstar Heater blower motor

Trying to help my dad over the phone. Where is the blower motor for the HVAC system located? Under/behind the glove box or behind the radio area? Something is rattling around down there and he needs a little direction to get to it so he can remove it and get whatever it is out of there.

It located in behind the glove box.. push in the sides of the glove box while open and the stop ends will flex with the glove box and it will drop down. After that you should be able to squeeze in there to it. If not you will have to pull the glove box unit out.. hope this helps..
