Crank Pulley help

Hey, i own a Sunfire GT 2.4 and i recently purchased a Crank pulley. now that i have been looking around i cant reach this as easily as i had thought, does anyone know where to go in to, how to put one on? will i need a special tool to remove the stock one?
it seems my engine mounts are right on the other side of the wheel, can i go thru the wheel well and move a plate to get in?

Re: Crank Pulley help

I believe you'll need a pulley puller, I think you can rent one at Autozone. And I believe you can go in through the wheel well.

And how exactly do you expect the timing to get messed up when there's no reluctor wheel inside the crank pulley?

Re: Crank Pulley help

Why should i combine with the AEM pulley; i know it will help the underdrive... but my alternator might be going soon too so i figure i can wait till i get the new one to make it easier and not take it off and on, off and on.

Will i shit up my timing by putting it on my self? i mean there havent been any warnings for it anywhere i have looked. and i figure if i lock it in place with a screw driver i can keep it still.
