Chrysler group to use extended shutdowns to trim inventory
The Chrysler group will extend normal one-week holiday plant shutdowns to as much as a month at several car plants. Among the plants that may take a longer break at Christmas are: minivan plants in Windsor, Ontario, and St. Louis, Mo.
