Cerberus is lead bidder for Collins and Aikman unit
Cerberus Capital Management LP has been selected as the lead bidder to acquire Collins and Aikman Corp.'s carpeting and soft-trim unit, which is under Chapter 11 protection, Automotive News has learned.
