okay so i was wondering what it would take to set up my a/f ratio to shoot flames? and what the down side and other reasons i shouldnt do this? i was wondering if i could set it up so that when i down shift into high rpms say 4.5 or 5 it would shoot a flame

You will have to be running really rich to do this and you must have an ignitor setup at the end of the exhaust... I've seen this done with quite a few ricers and I just don't care for it... You do realize your gonna get bad fuel mileage and you'll be going through spark plugs like I go through women...

get some 1000cc injectors. drop those in instead of your stock injectors, don't worry about tuning, (only people that want to go fast do that crap), and let er' rip!

actually i think u guys have the wrong idea.. not fast and the furiours flames. like hooked up rx7. not a flame a single fireball. and im not saying im going to do this cuz i know its veeeeeeeeerrrrrryyyy ricer... i was just curious. i know the spark plug trick cuz its nothing but riced up hondas where im from but thats not the effect i was looking for.

Just pour some lighter fluid in the end of your exhaust and light it on fire.

one of my friends has spark plugs at the exhaust tips with a distributor in the trunk and a cutoff switch under the dash that puts the spark back in the tips... its really badass on a sweet mustang tho

Or you could give a midget some hairspray and a lighter and tape him to your undercarriage and tell him to spray the hairspray out the back end with the lighter in the path of the spray. That would work.
