yet another accident

not my fault this time, but it hurt like hell. my dad was driving me to work early monday morning when we stopped 3 cars behind a school bus pickin up kids. some 16 yr old prick came flying over the hill looking down at his radio and plowed into us at 40, throwing us into an eclipse in front of us. we were in a mitsubishi montero. the trailer hitch is kinked and pushed right into the spare tire. the front and rear bumpers are fucked, and the passenger side doors dont line up right. about 3700 in damage, but the truck had full coverage so its all good. also my dad and i are fine, my dad had some pain in his back so they took him to the hospital to get checked out. poor guy, it was on his birthday of all days. an hour after, i find out a friend of mine was killed the night before in a motorcycle accident. its been a rough week

ps we got a charger for a rental car

Totally!

Is it a hemi charger? The v6 models just don't seem to have as much zip to them.

Sorry to hear about the crappy week man. Losing friends is a hard thing to deal with.

even if its the 3.5 that thing still has 250hp... but if its the 2.7... 190hp then uh.. better use a lot of inertia

Re: yet another accident

thanks alot guys, its been a rough one, but its over thank god. and no its not the hemi one, its the 3.5. and it was funny as hell when we got it... the guy was telling us how its the sportiest car theyve got and probably the sportiest one we'd find from a normal rental place around. and he was telling us how the used to rent out 240sx's back in the day but people ended up wrapping them around trees and whatnot i was like WHAT! lol so i found that pretty interesting. but thanks again for the support guys, hope everyone else's week was better than mine.

Re: yet another accident

yes, motorcycles are bad news. Have had plenty people pass, and plenty permanantly scared. I will never get into that motorsport.
