Exclamation Racing Spark Plugs

Ok I have a 93 Civic Ex and I an about to tune up my car and i was wondering should I get the O.E.M spark plugs or should i go with racing one will this really give me more power and better fuel mileage

OEM is best.....the only time i would and do use anything else is in a boosted engine like mine. I still use NGK, but just in a different heat range

There is no such things as "racing plugs". There are some better then others, but the best ones for our cars are NGK, as they are Honda recomended.
Heat range is sparkplug's ability to desipate heat into the head. If you have a NA engine the stock heat range will be the best, when boosted you need to get colder plugs.
