Who here with a Civic has rear disc?
I am going to do a 90-93 Integra Rear Trailing Arm swap and I was wondering if anyone here did it also?

trailerparkjake is right, running the ebrake cable is the toughest part...next to bleeding. I used 91 teg rear arms and reused brake lines, ebrake cable and replaced rotors and brake pads.:flash:

I swapped rear trailing arms from a 92 ls onto my hatch. You'll need the integra e brake cables. I've done 2 rr. disc brake swaps now, they only get easier, count on 4 or 5 hours to do the swap the first time. It's also a good time to replace struts or add springs or coil over, slotted rotors etc. etc. etc. Get a good manual to help you through it andyou shouldnt have a problem...

just use the teg ebrake cables, but the brackets that mount it to the chassis need some "modifications" to work right. either that or dont use them

I'm rebuilding these Trailing Arms with Energy Suspension Poly Bushings, Brembo Rotors, Goodridge SS Brake Lines, and new Honda Pads. So while they are already off the car it will be much easier.
I've done work on the rear suspension and it's not hard, already put in new shocks/struts and Anti-Sway Bar.

They usually go for $75-100 each side.

I have done the swap and you got my trailing arm from a 92 teg. The swap does widen the rear track slightly so if you plan on having a really slammed ride make sure you have the correct offset. I have +38 offset and it rubs way too much. had to even raise it up to almost stock height beacuse of the rubbing. So if you have an offset of +40 +42 and have the fenders tucked you should be fine... And that link earlier on this make to the how-to was done by me. Enjoy...

Yes you use the ebrake cables for the 90-93 Teg.
As for them sticking out I don't think thats true. I read a site that gave the lengths of all the Civic and Teg parts and though they are different they come out to be the same total lenght. Maybe you switched more than just the trailing arms because I heard that will mess up things.
