95 Park Avenue stalls when windows or doors are activated

On the previous post I didn't have all of the information so, here goes.

With the engine running (quite well) if I operate the power windows or the door locks from the door switches the engine quits and will not re start until the next day. When the engine won't start the remote will not lock or unlock the doors. I moved the rear defogger relay to the rap 1 position with no change and then to the rap 2 which also made no difference. I then put the relays back and it still would not start it always cranks fine though. Although I haven't yet done any engine diagnostics it acts like a fuel problem, that is, it tries to start sometimes but then sputters out like running out of gas. I decided to disconnect and reconnect the neg on the battery and now it starts every time but I don't dare open a window or lock a door. I've never seen anything like this before. Any help will be appreciated.

Take a look under the l/s of the front carpet near the sill plate, see if there is a ground junction there, the H body is known for issues in this area with just your symptoms.

Thanks, I'll check that tomorrow because it's pretty dark when I get home.

Re: 95 Park Avenue stalls when windows or doors are activated

I pulled the plastic off and the ground is clean and tight. There is a connector taped to the conduit closer to the seat under the sill that appears to be wet is that a place that would control the functions involved? Thanks in advance for any more help.
