Unhappy Rear Wiper none stop! Need Help!

Guys has anybody had any issue with rear wiper? Last night I turned on rear wiper, turned it off but it keep on going I tried to disconnect switch(thought had a bad switch) but wiper keep on going. Finally I took out fuse and stoped wiper. Also thought that main power for rear wiper was at switch but I guess not? Could I have a bad relay? Need some help!
