on the gearbox you will see a drain plug, near the bottom of it. Drain the old oil out of this then place the plug back in. Near the top of the gearbox you will see the fill plug. Fill this up with 75/90 or EP80 oil until it starts to overflow. Place the bung back in and hey presto!
