Rough idle in 99 Avalon

I own a 99 Avalon... yesterday I had to get to work after the blizzard that hit Denver and my car was stuck in the snow. I eventually got out but afterwards my car was idleing rough and the check engine light came on.

I replaced my spark plugs and wires becuase I figure that they were due anyway, then I reset the check engine light started the car and the light is off but it still idles rough. it feels like it is almost stalling but it hasnt yet. I drove the car about ten miles today and the light has not come back on but it still idles rough... HELP.

What could be the problem here?

Check to see if you have any stored codes. Resetting the CEL without finding out exactly why it came on is not always a good idea.
