Hi

Your build looks very promising. Haven't tried my hand at a 1/43 car yet. Just starting to do some scratchbuilding in 1/20, and that's difficult enough already. Don't want to think about having to do that in 1/43

Amazing to see how much detail there is in those tiny cars.

Keep up the great work !

Re: Chinese gp 2006 (1/43) San marino modified: WIP

I post new update:
I used real ferrari f1 fluo red.
For this ,i modified the existing decals vodafone logo (for who made it):
Inside they were red(ok if u use ts49)and i used real car color with different red,so,
i cut the red inside.
Very hard work.i also modified the shell logo and marlboro on cowl:
in 2006 it's only white with marlboro logo while,in 2005 it was withe too but with black line on the edges.
i hope u like it.
ce ya

Great work, your scratchbuilding is very accurate. The decals look great, nice finish.

How are you goint to do the tyres? Use from a diecast or scratchbuild as well?

Regards,
Carlos Jorge

I hope to get that level on the next 1/43 I'll build...

Keep showing those progress pictures.

Re: Chinese gp 2006 (1/43) San marino modified: WIP

News......
I modified the front brakes disc like in the real car.
Tameo didn't that.
In this way the wheels are movable.
i glued and filled a rod into disc base for give it a perfect shape.
thx to web's photos i could realize that.

Fabulous attention to detail. The paint job is simply luxurious too.

All the best, BillyPee
