Photoshop color issues
No matter what I seem to do, all my images get "blue'd out" after I save them. Usually they are more of a yellow/orange hue before I save them, and then the images get the blue hue when I do save them. I've tried saving them as different formats, different qualities (0-12), tried adding photo filters.
Here's an example of what I mean, I know it's not of a car but it's just an example. This first pic is how the image is saved:  This is how the image looks in photoshop (I was able to get this by using a screen cap program):  As you can see, the image before it is saved is a lot warmer in color than the one that is saved. Any one have any ideas as to why this is happening? Is there a setting that I have to mess with to get it to save the way I want it to? I never use to have this problem before I reformatted my HD (over a year ago, and then my PC crapped out for about 11 months... but that's a different story). I should probably mention that Im using Adobe Photoshop CS2.

I found this on the adobe site. It may help you out.
The colors in an image change as you bring the image in from a scanner or digital camera and view it on your computer monitor. The colors change again when you send the image out to be printed on your desktop printer or printing press. This is because every device--a digital camera, scanner, computer monitor, desktop printer, printing press--operates within a different color space. Incorrect color transformation or lack of color transformation from one color space to another causes color inconsistency. Correctly transforming the color values creates color consistency. For more information on correctly transforming the color values, see Using color management to produce consistent color. Go to the adobe site, search help for the item in blue above. Mike

Thank you very much that helps me a lot with my questions. Unfortunately it wasn't the answer I was hoping for, but I guess that's how things are sometimes

It could also be the color mode you're in. Try switching between RGB, and the other color modes.

I understand your problem. I have been posting images to the web for 10 years and never had a problem of the strong blue shift untill I got CS2. I had PS7 prior to that upgrade.
I wish I could tell you why. I usually "save for web" and tried just saving as a jpg--doesn't help. I work in AdobeRGB and have for years. My monitor was calibrated with the EyeOne spyder. It is a 'very' strong shift away from warm to cold. If you find out the "real" reason, I hope you post it ... and PM me.
