Question

2000 ford focus z3 smog problem

i took my focus in for smog this year and i failed one part

at idle i failed
at 2500rpm i failed

i ran the test with no airfilter clean spark plugs moderate oil and i dont have a check engine and there are no check engine codes when hooked up to a code reader

does any1 have any suggestions?
