EVS Security Plus System

I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty with the EVS II Security Plus System installed on it. About a month ago I had to get a new battery. Ever since the new battery was replaced the security system has been arming itself whether I lock the doors or not. And it usually happens within a few minutes after the car has been turned off. The dealership says they don't know how to reset it, so they suggested turning it off. I'd rather not turn it off, does anyone know how to reset this system? Please help!
