Fuel guage diagram

Anyone have a wiring diagram for the fuel guage on 87-93? Im always on empty wanna see if its a bad guage, wiring or float...

Doubt its the guage. Own 3 80s Mustangs and the problem always seems to be either the sender or the regulator (Ford calls it a Slosh Module)My 87 GTs guage started acting erratic going up and down and finally quit altogether. The Slosh Module fixed it. Remove the guage cluster to access it.Looks like a small circuit board.

i dont think its the guage i think its the wiring, the person i got the car from really messed all the wiring up there were a lot of electrical problems, i already fixed the turn signals, parking lights, interior lights now all thats left is the fuel guage...

when you unhook the wire for the sender it will go to full unless its grounding out somewhere along the way to the gage if it doesnt the gage or power to the gage is bad
