Its back!!! 2003 T&C stalling

EDITED Its back friends (Da*n it!!) I posted a couple of weeks ago. 2003 T&C 3.8L 53K stalling out again, and not only when below operating temp now. When stopped, she takes her foot off the brake, hits the gas and it dies. Last week I replaced the plug wires, one plug and regapped all the plugs, we took off the alum. front of the throttle body where the butterfly is located. And cleaned it. This engine is different that the Haynes manual shows, no EGR on the right front, the port for the EGR tube is molded into the top of the throttle body, but never cut out. OK, I am editing this. It was the IAC motor that we took out and ceaned. Rough idle, she says it "surges" now. Gas mileage is dropping. Wondering about a vac leak. When we replaced the above stuff last week it ran like a scalded dog. No problems. We had rain here, thought about wet components, but nothing seen in the engine compartment.
Anybody know if an ohmmeter will check for an open circuit on the IAC and TP sensor, both on the Throttle body?
HELP!!

I've never had to mess with that area but, tracing a vacuum leak sounds like a pretty good move. Check vac lines etc. and spray some light oil on any gaskets/seals involved, with the engine running. If you get an rpm bump when spraying, that's the culprit.

on my 01 which shouldnt be different than yours the EGR is located on the right front just a little down from the valve cover, and the tube runs to the intake manifold/plenum not the throttle body.Mine was defective(sticking) and replacement was easy.

Many of the engines in prior years before 2005 did not come with an EGR.
They put blank plates over the mounting holes where they were installed in other models.

Well, I drove it today, cold. Did not run badly for me. A little hestiation, no stalling. Dry day today. . Her Highness filled up at a better gas station. wonder about fuel contamination. Still checking for vac leaks, none so far. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

check the tps volts while moving the throttle slowly may be eratic at times normally a vacuum leak causes a high idle
