remote starter doesnt crank

i recently installed a remote starter, keyless entry, and alarm in my 93 cutlass, and in the morning, or after work it doesnt want to start, it'll crank, but wont fire up, then on the second try it fires right up and still holds the starter too long so it sounds horrible, it always holds the starter for the same amount of time, each time, and it never wants to fire up when its cold, after ive been driving its fine, i dont know what to do, any ideas anyone?

need more info, just ask..lol
