ignition fuse

i have a 95 ford econoline that keeps blowing the 60 amp ignition fuse when replaced it will fire up ,run for about 30 seconds and blow it again any ideas sam

did some more checking and found that the fuse [60a] would not blow if the key were in the off position, but would in the on position whether the engine were running or not,, pulled the grey connector apart that feeds the steering column, switch etc and got my voltage with no problem.. touched a wire from the +post to a heavy tan yellow wire in the connector and heavy arcing and also showed a almost solid grd. with my meter sam

does anyone have a diagram of the 60 amp ignition circuit as to exactly what it feeds if i had that i,m sure that i could figure it out thanks sam
