I was wondering how hard it would be to swap my 3300 for a 3800 sc. I have a 93 cutlass ciera s with 183k miles and the three speed trans. I also need to know how much it could cost and what else I would need to replace in order for it to work properly. Any reply is well appreciated.

Re: 3300 to 3800 supercharged swap
Some stuff there.. Electric harnesses for one.
There are some web posts you can search for.. Motor mounts should be good. Same block. Bass |

Re: 3300 to 3800 supercharged swap
Forget the idea entirely too expensive and probably wouldn't work anyway. You would need engine, trans, pcm, wiring harness, axle shafts, fuel pump, new fuel lines and a host of other items. Not worth it, trade and get a GTP or Supercharged Regal 1997 or newer for best results.
