This may seem like a no brainer, but is it wise or possible to mix different body kit parts? Like taking side skirts from one kit and the front end of another.

Re: Quick Body-Kit Question?
I'm sure it's possible since the skirts don't touch either of the bumpers (ie: they are all separate pieces--at least with traditional kits, not sure about widebodies). Sometimes it's hard to find just one or the other though without buying the whole kit.

Re: Quick Body-Kit Question?
Just be careful of off brand kits/components. I've seen kits that got hit with a stone, the fg being so thin it went right through.

Re: Quick Body-Kit Question?
I chatted with the guy from Importchark about this, and he basically told me this:
A Bumper on a Tiburon is a Bumper on a Tiburon, is a Bumper on a Tiburon. All the parts are BASED on stock parts, and they will fit at generally the same place, so yeah, you can mix & match. Just watch your lines... If you get a Rector back bumper, please for the love of god dont mix it with the veilside kit! |

Re: Quick Body-Kit Question?
Importshark sells on the best quality kits. I know him personally, great guy! I have a GT Tech front lip & a Tomato A & P spoiler from him. Top notch all around. I plan on getting side skirts rear pods fom him over the winter.
