Def not a tool kit. It looks like it has an ethernet cord coming out of it. Almost looks like some kind of control unit but I could not tell you which one. What trim is your 3000gt?

If this is a used vehicle I'm willing to bet the previous owner had a factory or after-market cell phone system installed. Might be something associated with a battery pack.

Well it has a battery, an coax antenna connection, an RJ45 port(probably for data), what looks like a mini 3.5mm audio jack, and power.

I would vote old cellular phone or lowjack, but lowjack is generally hidden a little better than that.

Well the label says "Cellular Mobile Telephone" But I can't make out the part number or the company...

Maybe trying Googling the stuff on the label?

Googled the type of unit and came up with Mitsubishi Cellular Mobile Car Telephone.

You mean to tell us you go through all the trouble of taking pictures of it, uploading the pictures to the internet, and posting on this page, when all you could have done is simply look at the damn thing and it would have told you what it was ???
