Problem With My Z24...acts Like Its About To Stall

I recently installed a iceman intake and borla catback exhaust. now it sometimes acts like its about to stall, then all of a sudden it will take off. Almost like exhaust gases are getting caught up. Maybe its cause I still have the OEM headers and cat converter......help!!

The headeR (singular) wouldn't really effect it, it could be one of or both of your o2 sensors or a clogged cat.
