major brake problem

i need help asap everytime i hit my brakes the passenger rear locks up. i can bleed my brakes every day and everytime their is air in that one line. can anyone help me.

sounds like you need a new master cylinder your old one is probably no longer strong enough to get fluid there seeing as it is the furthest brake
