im letting the car go four 3200 the swap ran me 2800 got the papers swap was done by fred ellis his site is crxguru.com i think he wants 3100 for the swap now b18a is out of a 91 the price is so low cause i want to sell it quick an start a new project not intereted in making a profit i would keep the car but i know i wont drive both cars

I like 4th gen's but the 88 is like the outcast of them, it just looks different than the 89-91's. Plus the B18A is only good if you turbo it. I've seen DOHC ZC's beat up on B18A's easily.

88-89 are the exact same an 90 -91 are the exact same an the only things that separates the 88-89 an 90-91 are very minor things. So how do u figure the 88 is an outkast your crazy as all hell do you even have a 4 gen hb. im sure there's zc that have beat the almighty b16 does that make the zc better than a b16?NO . my b18a is running 14.9 stock with just a air intake. with the tourqe the b18a makes how could a sober person say it's no good.

sell it for blue book value thats something a v8 head would say. go to autotrader you will see people selling bone stock crx's for 4500 - 6000 an thats not all si's 3200 for a b18a is a steal in a 4th gen hb

The B18a is the red headed step child of the B-Series engines, no one wants it. You paid 3200? hhhhmmm the B16 and ZC go for less than that and both will whip your ass. Don't even mention trying to beat me cause I'll waste you big time.

Tell you what go try to get an estimate on a trade in value for it, I've seen people get offered 25.00 for there trade-ins, you better catch a gauranteed trade in value sale if you every plan on selling it.

the b16a is going for 3,900 parts an labor an no real shop round here will do the zc swap. cause it's not worth it cause the motors got to many miles on them an the price for b16a are going threw the roof cause such high demand thats what everybody wants. Before you say the price's are high remember im not from cali there aint to many shops that do swaps out here in md dont belive the prices go to crxguru.com
your nuts ls motor is a stepchild thats one of the best motors to turbo for a honda

ive seen a 2000 si with 7000 grand in trick paint, black window bodykit, 18's an all the shit get a low value dealers dont like mods on cars it kills the car after the dealer took it as a trade the dealer sold the 2000 si for like 9,000 no lie
