Question 04 v6 rear end swap

Can a 04 v6 have a saleen, cobra, or gt rear end swaped, the purpose is for the LSD to give equal traction to rear wheels. The car is a 5-speed also. Thanks.

Re: 04 v6 rear end swap

I believe that the Saleen and the GT have the same rear, but yes the GT rear and the Cobra Independant rear will both bolt into the V6's mounts. I don't know if you will need a new drive shaft or not though.

Re: 04 v6 rear end swap

t-loks are garbage and i cannot recomend them, they were built for the 120 HP bronco 2/ranger with a limited slip,

detroit true trac & TA rear girdle FTW!!!!!!
http://www.drivetrainspecialists.com...-75/index.html

that setup should be able to handel 400+ HP
