95 Villager, Problem Starting!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone! Glad I found this site. We are looking for some help.

Thursday, 8-24, my husband got in the car to come home for lunch,
& car would not start. The next day, our neighbor helped him tow the
van home. They both felt it was the starter. Starter has been replaced,
today, as a matter of fact, van still will not start.

Problem is, turn the key on, everything shuts off ( lights, radio, windows).

Battery cable back on, lights, radio & windows are fine.Turn the key again,
everything goes out.

Any ideas or thoughts please? We really need this van to run, its the only
vehicle we have. Thank you and please email here..........................
[email protected] with CAR PROBLEMS in subject line, this way
I will not delete it.

Thanks again
Tina

It was the ignition switch, thank god.
Nothing major. We purchased a new
ignition switch after reading some posts
here about similar problems.
